Taiwan Flag Radar — three rewards do not cancel one cash-flow red flag, so we never sum them

Similar products list rewards on one side and risks on the other, quietly inviting you to count which side is longer. We refuse to enable that: rewards and risks are not commensurable, and three rewards do not offset one cash-flow red flag. The radar lists triggered facts one by one, each with its rule id, threshold, cited raw field and the reason the threshold was set there.

Three states, not two

Every rule resolves to fired, not fired or undetermined. That third state is the module's most important design choice: defaulting missing data to “not fired” would make the company with the worst disclosure look the cleanest.

Undetermined rules are listed separately with the missing field named. A blank here is an honest blank, not a safe one.

A fully published rulebook

Each rule exposes its id, threshold, cited raw fields and the rationale behind the threshold. If you disagree with one, you know exactly which one to ignore.

All inputs are existing validated modules on this platform — binary statement signals, a four-variable distress measure with its original zones, peer percentiles and a four-quarter free-cash-flow bridge. The module reads no new data.
